12th Annual Texas Winter Series
Twelve years ago Tony Miller created the Texas Winter Series when no one was
racing during the sometimes harsh winter Texas months. Five years after it
all began, the Texas Winter Series became the largest amateur motocross series
in the Lone Star state. Riders know when the series begins, mother nature
can be brutal. No different than the summer months, the Texas Winter
Series challenges riders to be their very best while having fun along the way.
For 2012, the new 50cc class opens the door for CRF and TTR beginner riders. New
classes for 65′s, 85′s, Girls and Schoolboy will challenge riders even further.
With overall awards for the series going back to 10th place, battles will rage
at all four rounds. No matter what place a rider is in, they will most
likely not be racing around by themselves. As
the saying goes, the Texas Winter Series is the “Roughest,
Toughest, Largest, Richest ……. Funnest MX Series in Texas!!!”
