Minors

Minor's must have a notarized release form if parent is not present to practice or race. If the parent cannot come to the track with their racer, they can assign another adult as their guardian for the day (or weekend).

This form (or copies of this form) must be used for EVERY Oak Hill Raceway Event that your under 18 child competes in if you will not be able to be present. If this MINOR RELEASE is printed off to bring to the track is MUST BE IN COLOR. The RED lettering is very important and will NOT be taken if in black and white.

THIS FORM MUST ALSO BE NOTARIZED TO BE A VALID DOCUMENT!!

RV Sites and Open Parking RV Sites
The annual hookup for 2010 would be for Jan - Dec 2010 any time you come to Oak Hill Raceway, even the national. We like to put our vendor & factory row 1-20, 21-39 & 95-107. If you pick one in this area and we need to put a vendor there then you will be bumped to the next first available spot, but at any other time it would be yours with a reserved sign on it at all time. $750cash / $775credit card for if you want along the fence, $500cash/$525credit card for any others. They have ele/water only no dump. During the national there is a service that will come through the park.

You may sign up for an annual online or on your entry forms. If you pick a spot already taken we'll let you know so you can pick another or if you want just let us pick for you. We would need to know the length of your rig. Please no personal checks only money order, cashier’s check, cash or any Credit Card is fine.

RIDERS MAY RIDE THEIR RACE BIKES TO THE STAGING AREA IN 1ST GEAR ONLY
EXCLUDING THE FRONT ENTRY GATE, IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A GATE, OPEN OR CLOSED, YOU'RE GOING SOMEWHERE YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY!
